You  can solve this by:

A) Kill “stop”  all Apps ….and….. 
B) Delete your g-mail account from the device and add it back .

by do the following:

1. Tap the Settings … then Application manager.
2. On the top right of your device top RUNNING and then look for the SHOW CACHED PROCESSES then tap it.
3. Click every process that you can stop. Kill all the processes that you can kill (When I say kill, I mean stop all the processes that you can)
4. Tap Settings then tap the Accounts & Sync
5. Tap your google account, then remove that Google Account
6. Add your Google Account again.
